Prototype Machining

Our engineers produce high quality prototypes and fixtures using SolidWorks native files, while meeting our customers delivery expectations. SolidWorks native 2D and wireframe or 3D surfaces, SAT, STL, STEP, DXF, IGES and most other files are welcome here. We prefer to work in 3D, but it is not mandatory. Taking a design file, converting it to a tool path and machining to an end product is rewarding to us. WE LIKE TO SEE YOU SMILE.

Contract Powder Coating

Vantron Manufacturing, Inc. provides powder coating services for medical and other industrial manufacturers. We specialize in your custom powder coating needs by offering a wide variety of powder colors, textures and formulation to meet most any powder coating applications.

Assembly
