VANTRON buys the new CONTURA G2 RDS. Designed for measuring complex
features and parts with
multiple angles that require smaller styli. It features the ZEISS
RDS
articulating probe holder that can reach 20,376 positions in 2.5°
increments
and the VAST® XXT probe for articulating scanning. VAST XXT
can be used with
styli up to 250mm in length and styli as small as 0.3
mm. Its large deflection range and
low measuring force make it a very robust scanning sensor.

VANTRON buys a new HAAS-ST-30 CNC Turning Center: The ST-30 is the latest Haas high-performance turning center, designed to provide heavy cutting ability, extreme rigidity and high thermal stability. It has maximum swings of 21” x 26”, with maximum swing of 31.75” over the front apron and 20.75” over the cross slide.
