1st VanTron Engineering started business in 1986, first in the San Francisco Bay Area of Silicon Valley and then in 1988 moved east of Sacramento to El Dorado County. Our shop doors open to the runway at Cameron Park Airport. Although not typical, we have had some clients fly their private planes almost to our front door, do business, and leave the way they came.

We have great people that work for us and with us and they have many years in the industry. We have acquired these great contacts over the years and have surrounded ourselves with many talented people that are quite an asset to us. They come from Raychem, Varian, Baxter, and General Electric just to name a few. Our personnel's experience include managing a manufacturing engineering department, developing processes, defining equipment for production, automating the production floor, prototyping new products and evaluating designs.

Our customers come to us to help them with their designs, prototypes, process development, product development, and small or large production runs. Our high speed precision CNCs help us get the job done accurately and on time. We have occasionally been hired as consultants to help others with automation, including installing their CAD/CAM and writing post processors for their 4 and 5 axis CNC machines.

1st VanTron serves all of the U.S. Most of our customers send us their design or solid model via e-mail. Once we download it, we go from there!
